To help keep shipping costs low, we use UPS for expidited and regular ground shipping. 

Orders for items that are in stock are shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.  Currently we are unable to ship outaide the US.

ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK:

You will be contacted via email if you ordered an out of stock item.  In order to keep costs down, many items are ordered on as as required basis.  We can get almost all items in about 2-3 days.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price or a full credit.  We give you 30 days from the shipping date.
